The product came with hundred of pictures, videos and music, so it is obviously a used product, not a new one. I sent an e-mail to customer service. It said I would receive and answer in 12 hours but nobody contacted me. A very bad experience and I’m still waiting for a solution!Jorge Rating: 1 / 5

I WANTED A PINK VAIO AND IN THE MOMENT WHEN I FOUND MY VAIO, THE SELLER SEND ME A MAIL SAYING THAT THE MERCHANDISE WAS SOLD, AND WOULD GO BACK THAT PAYMENT TO MY CREDIT CARD. THEN I CHOOSE AND BUY ANOTHER LAP TOP AND LEATER,I HAVE TWO LAP TOPS IN MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THE SELLER DONT SEND ME A NEW MAIL SAYING THAT THEY HAD MY FIRST OPTION. I COULD CANCEL THE SECOND LAP TOP (THANKS GOD).
I RECIBE MY PINK VAIO ON TIME, AND I THOUGHT IT WAS IN GOOD CONDITION BUT TWO WEEKS LATER APPEARS A MESSAGE IN MY SCREEN AND TELL ME THAT THE COPY OF MY WINDOWS IS NOT GENUINE.
IS THIS POSSIBLE?, WHAT HAPPEN? WHY I HAVE IN MY SCREEN “THIS COPY OF YOUR WINDOWS IS NOT GENUINE?, WHY PUT THIS ON THE COMPUTERS? AND THE MOST IMPORTANT WHAT CAN I DO?
