I recently purchased this printer a week ago. But when Amazon recommended me that I should buy the printer, printer sleeve, and printer cartridge, I followed their recommendation because I’ve been a customer for more than 5 years and was happy with their recommendations. But when I received the printer, it already came with the same printer sleeve. So in essence, I spent over thirty dollars in this rough economy on a thing that I didn’t need. This is unacceptable and this will greatly hinder my relationship with Amazon (have been a loyal customer for over 5 years). But with this lack of attention to detail, I doubt they really care. I bought 3 for our salesmen. They work great, are easy to use, and are small enough to carry in the vehicles. So far no problems.

I’ve owned several inkjet printers over the years, and my HP printers seem to work the best. This one “feels” sturdy and durable, and for the past 2 years it’s been great. If you’re looking for a good portable or small general-purpose printer, this is the one to get. I would have given it 5 stars if only they could get the price of ink down. Rating: 4 / 5

Spectacular quality, didn’t bother fooling with the wireless (I probably should have) yet. Only problem is the cheapo case! When traveling I need to protect it and an enlarged camera case or something is needed? Can anybody recommend something? If so, please contact me at kwhitaker333 at yahoo dot com please?
