HP sucks. That’s all there is to do. I do not like the software is bad, or “intuitive” interface is so intuitive that can be understood by any intelligent person that Forrest Gump. Bricks printer cartridges – “previously used cartridge installed” – at random. I’ve spent enough money on cartridges – the brick filling, removing and replacing the bricks, the passage of the printer from one computer to another brick, ranging from brick color ink cartridge black ink – I had to buy a 5 “and uses Linux platform and a PDF reader. Or just go to Kinko’s, where nobody hangs over my shoulder telling me I need to buy a paper filler because it has already paid for this license. Look, pulls, is not “allowed” is the hardware. I just received my new all-in-one HP printer. I was excited. But, I can’t use it just yet. I have to purchase a USB cord seperately? Man, I wish I would have known that. . . what, did I have to read fine print to find that out? My other printers came with their own cords. So, needless to say I have not been able to use it just yet. Set up was pretty simple though. Installation was just as easy. I just hope this thing actually works once I get the cord.
