Three DVI inputs is great, but there is only ONE USB input. Without USB input switching ability HP should have just left off the USB entirely. Inclusion of USB hub input switching feature wouldn’t be earth shattering. The Mitsubishi 2020u from 1998 had two upstream USB ports and could automatically flip the USB input when the video input was changed. Rating: 3 / 5

As several others have pointed out, you need a dual-link DVI port to drive this monitor and then only in its native 2560×1600 mode. It will not work with DisplayPort-to-DVI adaptors because they only support single-link DVI. If you use one of these adaptors, the monitor will display at 1280×800. Rating: 1 / 5

I purchased this from amazon. one day shipping. Resolution is amazing but at certain brightness levels i see noise in the white areas on the desktop. For example, the white backround of word showed noise like a grey glimmering particles at certain brightness levels. If I am spending over a grand on a monitor, it should not do this. . . I ended up with a 27 inch Acer B273HU monitor from tiger direct, as amazon does not sell this yet, it works great. Rating: 2 / 5

WOW, this monitor is exactly what I was hoping for. As others have stated blue was heavy but after adjustments everything is great. Rating: 5 / 5

I have considered buying a 30-inch monitor for years. Got this one yesterday and am very impressed. Performance-wise the HP can’t be beat (by Apple, Dell and LG as the only competition). Assembly and setup were a breeze–Just connected the monitor to the stand and connected power and DVI-D. It needed no further tweaks. Colors, brightness, response time and viewing angles are tops. I replaced a 24–inch S-IPS panel so I already had good color reproduction and viewing angles, but his panel is even better–images really pop and text is razor sharp. I cannot overstate how useful and visually stunning the increase in real estate from 1920×1200 to 2560×1600 is. Finally, I can view and edit photos of my kids with accuracy and ease. And no dead pixels. I even appreciate the under-stated form of the monitor. The whole thing is just perfect–well worth the price and the wait. And now I can add my old monitor as a second display at work. Win-win! Rating: 5 / 5
