Before I get started with my review I just want to let you know that this is my first printer. I have had my printer for 1-2 months. I have a macbook and a desktop that I use to print from. With this printer you have the option of printing wireless. I have chosen to print wireless from the desk top and laptop. I had very little problem with setting it up. And did not have any problems with compatibility to my macbook. Rating: 5 / 5

I picked up this multi-function to replace my scanner and fax machine. I chose the WorkForce 610 because it has a card reader so I can scan things to an SD card and then put that directly into my computer. Also, it connects using Wi-Fi. The controls are straight forward and simple. I give it 3 stars for print-quality/print-speed only because I am accustomed to laser printers. I’m sure this ranks right up there with other non-photo inkjet printers. Overall this machine handles all of the tasks I need it for without a lot of hassle and it is decent to look at. After suffereing many tech-support nightmares from all of the gadgets that I received over the holidays, the Workforce 610 was breath of fresh air. The setup was a breeze, it connected to my wireless network within minutes, and even installing the drivers on my computers was quick and simple. I have a netbook that doesn’t have a CD drive so I had to go to the Epson website to download a driver for that particular computer but it was just as simple as using the Installation Software. Took about 15 minutes from the time I opened the box until the time I printed my first test page. Shipping was SUPER fast, I ordered it from Amazon on Wednesday evening and I received it Friday morning, and that was using the SuperSaver free shipping option. All in all, I am very pleased with the product so far. I had begun to lose all hope in the user-friendliness factor of new elctronic devices but this printer has proven me wrong
