I’m using this fan along with a GE DC power adapter (GE 23606 Universal AC Adaptor/Battery Eliminator) to cool down some audio equipment. A small dab of blue-tack at the four corners of the fan box keeps it securely held to the top of my stereo Hi-Fi amps.
It’s a very quiet fan and it moves large amounts of air. The only downside is that the square, black case that holds the fan is made of plastic, but I can overlook that due to it’s inexpensive price and the excellent design of the fan blades which are designed to scoop up the maximum amount of air. Running it at 7. 5V (300ma) works fine at removing hot air from the top vents of my equipment without causing any noise.
Believe me, not all fans are this quiet. This one is a keeper!

I bought this for a case and this thing is loud! I was used to not having loud fans, but this made me take notice. Without the noise, this fan cools very well. I draws much heat away. The look is not too bad either when compared to the dull blacks. Rating: 4 / 5

Just got two of these today and installed them. They are a little noiser than the masscool 120mm fans that were inside previously. I will say due to the higher air flow rate they cooled my cpu and MB temps by about 3 maybe 4 degrees. So for the money I paid they are a decent deal, it would be nicer if they came with a fan control to lower their r. p. m. to reduce some noise. Rating: 3 / 5

Fit perfectly into my MasterCooler NV690. Snapped right into place with no wiring issues. This fan moves a decent amount of air. I added it as an intake fan for my case since it lacked one and needed. Great price!!!!!Rating: 4 / 5
