It is noisy, and slow, also I owned this for 2 days and it started giving me PO2 errors after attempting to use the copy function! Manual says service is required for this type of error. A $40 price tag was not worth the time I spent on trouble shooting it.

Just bought the Canon MP250, set it up, did everything according to the manual, and keep getting P, 0, 3 error and a blinking alarm light. Tried doing everything I could do(on/off, unplug, reloaded the ink cartridges, redownloaded the driver from Canon website instead of from the cd. . . nothing helped). Now waiting for Canon Support to get back to me before taking it back. P03 error indicates service may be required. Frustrating. All reviews for this product are excellent, maybe I got a lemon. This printer has been a headache from day one. The quality of the print is very poor. It is noisy, slow and a constant aggravation. I regret buying it and after 5 months, I am replacing it.

This may print fine for photos, but I print graphics on cardstock and I don’t really see that it’s much different but the images are blurry and dark, undefined even tho I use the bright settings with more contrast, tried everything to get a crisp well defined image. Just not acceptable for me. Inks are dark, text does not stand out no matter what color I choose, just fades into the backgrounds. Guess you get what you pay for. Rating: 2 / 5

This is a great little home printer/copier/ scanner for the home. The price was super, the output is excellent and it set up and was easy to use. I do not find it overly noisy at all. It is compact, and looks fine.

I’m having the same problems. I replaced an empty black ink cartridge with a new one. Thought it would be really simple. Put the new one in, and the darn thing been tripping every since. The alarm light, along with the color ink light and the “on” light are flashing to no end. Also it’s showing a P-O-8. I”ve had it maybe six months. Will never buy another one and wouldn’t reccommend it to anyone. HEADACHE!
